Shopify + Claude + NOWMA

For months, I've been watching Claude integrate more and more into our clients' daily store operations, and I want to share our experience, without any exaggeration.

This year, Shopify released its "AI Toolkit" and opened it as a connector for Claude to link directly to the store's backend: catalog, orders, customers, everything. It's no longer "ask a chat and copy-paste"; now Claude can read the actual state of the store and make specific adjustments within the same conversation.

What does this mean for brands like Xile Chile, Harrys and Frank, Nihilo NY, Grisi, etc., with whom we work daily? It means that maintenance tasks, such as updating a price, correcting a description, generating a weekly sales report, or checking why a product isn't appearing in a certain category, no longer take us hours. We resolve them in minutes, without opening fifteen tabs of the Shopify admin.

This does not mean that brands no longer need an agency. On the contrary, what Claude has taken off our hands is the repetitive operational work, the small adjustments, the routine reports, so that we can concentrate on what truly moves end consumers, from positioning strategy, advertising, content, and business analysis that no AI can do alone. AI executes quickly; strategy remains the work of people who know the brand, the market, and the customer.

For us at NOWMA, this translates into something simple: we manage more accounts with the same quality, respond faster, and the time previously spent on manual tasks is now used to brainstorm better campaigns. Shopify remains the foundation, and Claude is the tool that helps us operate better, and we see it in our clients' results.
